Tony Bernhard-Grout

Tony is employed as a Community Safety Officer in local government specialising in CCTV and radio communications in town centres.

He became an Arsenal supporter during the 1979 FA Cup Final; being mesmerised by the magical Liam Brady and fighting spirit shown by the team to go on and win in what was an incredible last five minutes.

Tony was and is an ardent Clock Ender / Gooner; living and breathing the history and tradition of this great club. A season ticket holder for over 15 years he now carries on his love of THE ARSENAL by using his vibrant vocal chords to make 'Noise for The Boys' from Block 6. He always stays to the end and claps the team off 'win or lose!'

Tony was privileged to have been in Prague to witness Thierry score the 186 and to be on the plane with the great man himself on the return home. To hear his words of thanks to the supporters and toast him with the champagne he so kindly provided is a memory he will have to his dying day.
